Job Description : 

 

Requirements:

 

  • Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, Communication, or a related field is preferred. (Minimum qualification High school diploma, pass certificate is a must)
  • Minimum of 4 years of experience in guest relations or customer service, preferably in the retail, entertainment, or hospitality industry, UAE experience is mandatory.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Proficiency with customer relationship management (CRM) software or similar systems
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with grace and professionalism.
  • Flexibility to work during peak hours, weekends, and holidays.

Benefits – 250 AED as food allowance, Transportation, and Accommodation by the company

 

Working days/ hours – 6 days/ 10 hours with 1 hour break
